We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist / AI Engineer with strong experience in Data Science, AI, and Generative AI on Databricks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building regression, classification, and segmentation models and working with large-scale data using Python, PySpark, and SQL on GCP cloud environment. This role focuses on developing scalable AI solutions, building intelligent data products, and delivering business insights through advanced analytics and Generative AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Build and deploy regression, classification, segmentation and other ML/AI models Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions Design end-to-end ML pipelines on Databricks Work with large-scale data using PySpark and SQL Build ETL pipelines on Databricks and Delta Lake Deploy models on GCP infrastructure Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders Must Skills Python PySpark SQL Machine Learning Databricks Data Analysis and Problem Solving Preferred Skills GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Generative AI and LLMs BigQuery MLflow RAG and Prompt Engineering MLOps and CI/CD Experience 10-12 years in Data Science / AI / Machine Learning Hands-on experience with Databricks Experience in production ML model development Education B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, AI, Data Science, Statistics, or related field Ideal Candidate Strong analytical mindset Business-focused Self-driven and innovative Strong collaboration and communication skills At Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
