With a young and agile team, RBAI’s mission statement ‘Be RBAI’ (Be Reliable Benchmark Agile Innovative) is a testament to our commitment in providing best in class products and services for its customers. 1.Training on the changes & refresh training on ESD, Quality issue , HSE , Change WI, 2.Work instruction changes - I station - TQS 3.ECR changes - impact in Associate WI 4.Conduct hands-on and theoretical training sessions 5.Provide on-the-job coaching and correct mistakes in real-time. 6.Document training sessions, attendance, and progress reports. 7.Address employee queries or challenges in skill development 8.Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments or observations. 9.Update and refine training materials based on production feedback. 10.Conduct refresher training for employees who need improvement. BE electrical / Electronics with 3 to 5 years or Diploma with 5 to 8 years.
