Program Manager/ ODC Manager - Semiconductor Equipment

Key Responsibilities- Establish and scale an Offshore Development Center (ODC) from the ground up. Define ODC governance, delivery processes, KPIs, resource planning, and operational excellence. Build and mentor cross-functional teams including Software Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts. Drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
