The incumbent will partner closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to ensure the organization upholds its DEI commitments and attracts diverse, high-quality talent while it is consistently represented as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Country Process Expert for DEI, defining the Region India level DEI strategy and roadmap, aligned to global and regional commitments, with clear priorities Design and maintain a governance framework to ensure DEI commitments are implemented, tracked, and upheld consistently across the organization as measurable talent outcomes Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external DEI ecosystems (diversity hiring platforms, advocacy networks, industry forums etc.) Partner with business and HR stakeholders to embed DEI considerations into talent attraction and brand narratives Employer Branding (Talent Attraction) Country Process Expert for Talent Attraction, owning the end-to-end attraction strategy and process standards across Bosch India Own and deploy the Bosch Global Employer Value Proposition (EVP) — ensuring it is consistently reflected across external touchpoints for Region India Deploy the global Employer Image and Branding Surveys for Region India, translating findings into actionable brand and attraction strategies Develop university/campus concepts and partnership frameworks that strengthen talent pipelines and support the evolving business priorities Own external talent attraction messaging for Bosch India and in partnership with Communications team deploy campaigns and employer brand storytelling Talent Management (for the assigned Business Units) As a key account responsible for the assigned business units, collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders (leaders, managers, and associates) on specific Talent Management processes such as Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession planning, Career development etc. Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) with specialization in HR 10+ years of relevant experience
