Role overview

We’re hiring a mid‑to‑senior graphic designer to act as an AI trainer, collaborating with advanced language and vision models to shape the future of visual design. The role involves analyzing AI‑generated graphics, evaluating composition, annotating design errors, and refining prompts and guidelines, all while providing expert feedback on style, usability, and adherence to design principles across print and digital media.

Responsibilities

Analyze AI-generated graphics, evaluate composition and visual reasoning, and annotate design errors
Assess typography and color usage across both print and digital formats
Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines
Review model-generated design content for accuracy, style, usability, and adherence to design principles
Provide expert feedback to help train AI models in recognizing layout principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, and creative decision‑making

Requirements

Deep experience in visual communication, layout design, color systems, and creative concept development
Fluency with industry‑standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Clear communication, strong creative judgment, and meticulous attention to detail
Mid‑Senior level of experience
Contractor must supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet

Nice to have

Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX work
Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics
Additional skills in social media content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography
