We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment databases. Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Support the team with offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
