Role overview
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms
- Stay ahead of trends and contribute fresh, relevant ideas that resonate with audiences
- Support the hands-on setup of paid campaigns, including asset uploads, targeting, A/B tests, and QA
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time
- Assist with content deployment, including formatting emails and adapting copy across channels to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Perform rigorous QA checks before anything goes live
- Track preliminary campaign metrics, flag issues, and support reporting through routine dashboard checks and the extraction of key insights
- Execute ongoing daily & weekly tasks, including manual social posting, response management, and reputation monitoring
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing tasks, including email, ads, and content deployment
- You can write clear, concise, and engaging short-form social copy
- Experience in community management and feel comfortable engaging with audiences
- You've used social media scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool, Hootsuite, Sprout, Later) and understand platform best practices for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- You've set up campaigns in at least one ad platform (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads)
- You're comfortable using Canva for basic design edits and repurposing content
- You're not afraid of numbers; you can work with performance metrics, assist in reporting, and extract useful insights
- You can manage multiple tasks, follow structured processes, and never skip the details
- You have a proactive mindset and love contributing ideas, solving problems, and learning as you go
- You stay curious, adapt quickly, and are AI-savvy
- You speak and write fluent English (C1+)
Nice to have
- Have experience working in agencies or fast-paced digital environments
- Have experience in hospitality or service-based industries
- You can edit short-form organic videos for social using simple tools
- Are interested in growing into content marketing or performance strategy
- Are familiar with AI tools for campaign setup or optimization
- Speak Spanish (not required, but a plus)
- Can read and write basic French (not required, but a plus)
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
