Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and user-focused technical documentation, including: Online help systems User guides Release notes Process documentation Knowledge base articles Workflow documentation Develop and publish structured online help content using MadCap Flare and related documentation tools. Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, QA teams, business analysts, and subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information.
