Role overview
We are looking for a skilled iCIMS Developer with 2+ years of hands‑on experience in developing and customizing iCIMS solutions for our client project.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the iCIMS platform to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain integrations between iCIMS and other HR systems, such as payroll, benefits, and performance management platforms.
- Customize workflows, forms, and templates within iCIMS to optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR teams and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the iCIMS platform, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operations.
- Stay updated with iCIMS product updates, new features, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users and team members.
- Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a developer with the iCIMS platform.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and integrating third‑party systems with iCIMS.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for integrations, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of iCIMS architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS systems and their integration with iCIMS.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Certification in iCIMS development or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards in HR technology.
