Requirements
- 6 - 14 years of overall software development experience with strong proficiency in Python
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering
- Experience with RAG architectures and Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or OpenSearch)
- Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI workflows and building autonomous/multi-agent solutions
- Working knowledge of LLM fundamentals: tokenization, context windows, cost/performance trade-offs, hallucinations, and bias/output validation
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google GenAI APIs
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Nice to have
- experience with document processing/summarization
- experience with LLM evaluation frameworks
- experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices
