Description We are seeking a motivated Social Media Assistant to manage, create, and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content creation, engagement strategies, and social media trends. Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, short videos/reels). Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns. Research trends and suggest innovative content ideas. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding. Requirements Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management. Proven track record with examples/portfolio of past work. Strong skills in content creation (graphics, reels, captions). Familiarity with social media analytics tools. Ability to work independently in the 9 shift. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Nice-to-Have Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools. Understanding of IT/Consulting/Training industry. Knowledge of paid ad campaigns.
