Role overview
The role is based within Hitachi Energy’s Indian Operations Center (INOPC), a large competence hub supporting global projects across over 80 countries. The position focuses on ensuring products, services, and processes meet quality standards by developing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS), managing process governance, and driving quality culture. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, process audits, data analysis, and training to support global process implementation and compliance with standards like ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Responsible for Process management processes application
- Preparation and update of IMS application, platform, structure, documentation, rules and governance
- Ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders within HVDC, PGGI
- Collaborate closely with HSEE to ensure compliance of IMS application, platform, structure, documentation rules and governance system
- Drive Process Leader responsibilities for IMS Support and Process Management process
- Plan, maintain and if needed provide process and IMS related training/training material/certifications
- Follow-up statistics and feedback and act if needed
- Support implementation of global processes throughout organization via establishing a seamless IMS system
- Support the organization in the management system, process management process and mapping related questions
- Build/prepare simple and efficient reporting files for efficient data handling
- Co-ordinate Process/Project audits and follow up on action plan
- Data analysis and publish reports to the Global Organization identifying the gaps
- Facilitate Forums and if needed workshops with Process Leader
- Improve Quality culture through regular interactions with Line Managers
- Lead and coordinate the Quality activities across HVDC

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process management quality along with quality methodologies including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma concepts
- Experience with Business process management
- Proficient in English with Excellent communication skill
- Capability to work with different time zones
- Proactive, Self-Motivated and Flexible
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively demonstrating a readiness to take a new initiative
