We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation, API testing, and modern QA practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, ensuring software quality through automated testing, and collaborating closely with development, product, and DevOps teams.The candidate should have hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Xena Framework, API automation testing, CI/CD integration, and Agile delivery methodologies. Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend services. Build and enhance automation frameworks using Robot Framework, Xena Framework, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools. Create reusable automation components to improve test coverage and reduce execution time. Participate in framework design, architecture reviews, and automation best practices. Develop and execute automated API test suites using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, Robot Framework, or equivalent. Validate REST and SOAP services, request/response payloads, authentication mechanisms, and integration workflows. Perform API contract testing and ensure service reliability across environments. Quality Assurance & Validation Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing. Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or similar tools. Monitor automation execution and provide detailed test reports and quality metrics. Support continuous testing initiatives within Agile delivery teams. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release activities. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and automation standards. 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
