Role Description The role holder will be responsible for providing L1 /L2 Database administration support. Qualification & Experience B. Tech / BE/MCA 4-7 years of relevant experience Proven ability to plan and execute workload in a pressurized & dynamic environment. ITIL Certified or a strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines. Skills Required Technical skills Strong Knowledge in Database administration processes and concepts.
