Role overview
We are a performance-driven SEO and YouTube media company specializing in gaming, finance, and tech, looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX & Visual Designer with strong mobile-first expertise. The role focuses on creating conversion-focused digital experiences for content-heavy websites and landing pages while utilizing AI tools to accelerate research and production without compromising quality.
Responsibilities
- Design mobile-first, responsive experiences for content-heavy websites, landing pages, promotional components, and A/B tests
- Translate briefs, business requirements, and CRO hypotheses into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused design solutions
- Prioritize content, interactions, usability, and conversion on smaller screens before expanding solutions to tablet and desktop breakpoints
- Create logos and supporting brand assets for new and existing digital brands
- Design infographics, promotional materials, campaign visuals, banners, icons, and other marketing assets
- Create and maintain reusable Figma components, templates, and design-system elements
- Prepare polished designs and clear specifications for development handoff
- Collaborate with the Design Team Lead, PMs, developers, CRO, SEO, content, and other stakeholders
- Research competitors, explore alternative solutions, and make informed design decisions
- Manage multiple tasks and communicate proactively about progress, blockers, and deadlines
- Review your work carefully before delivery and maintain consistent visual quality across different brands and projects
Requirements
- Mid-level experience
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, variants, components, prototyping), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- UI/UX & Mobile Mastery: Strong mobile-first mindset with deep knowledge of user flows, information architecture, visual hierarchy, spacing, accessibility, and responsive behaviour
- Graphic & Visual Design: branding, logo design, infographics, promotional assets, and campaign visuals fundamentals
- Portfolio showing both UI/UX case studies and creative visual/branding assets (logos, marketing assets)
- Pragmatic AI Usage: Ability to prompt and use AI tools to boost speed and research, combined with the critical eye needed to evaluate, refine, and humanize outputs so they meet brand and quality standards
- Be comfortable working with Claude, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, ChatGPT, Figma AI and other AI-related tools to accelerate and improve design process
- Execution & Ownership: Comfortable with taking ownership over designing content-heavy and conversion-focused digital experiences
- Ability to maintain consistency with established brand design systems, accessibility standards, and project requirements
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to understand a problem, conduct relevant research, explore alternatives, and make informed design decisions independently
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate work critically before delivery
- Industry experience: affiliate marketing, digital media, or another conversion-focused environment
- Portfolio submission demonstrating strong mobile-first, conversion-focused UI/UX work, supported by polished visual design, relevant graphic design examples, and clear evidence of design thinking and individual contribution
