Manager - Collection Strategy and Intelligence

Financial Services at Meesho is building one of the largest digital lending businesses for Bharat. As we scale to millions of users, the next phase of growth will be defined by how intelligently we manage credit performance across the lifecycle — from underwriting to repayment and recovery. The DARC (Data Science, Analytics, Risk & Collections) team acts as the decisioning engine for this business — combining data, risk, and systems thinking to drive portfolio outcomes. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role focused on maximizing portfolio performance post-disbursement. You will act as the central problem solver for credit performance — identifying where we are losing money across the repayment lifecycle, diagnosing root causes, and designing interventions that improve outcomes at scale.
