Senior Hardware Design Specialist for Controllers for Off Road Machines

Experience : 4-10 years’ experience in Electronic Hardware Design, Integration.Qualification : BE/B-Tech/ME/MTech (Electrical, Electronics, and Instrumentation related branches) Sr L51 or L52 with Background in PS ECU hardware development.Required Skills and Responsibilities Knowledge in Digital, Analog, Power circuits and applications Basic understanding of product development life cycle, design for manufacturing. Experience in Hardware design of Sensor and HMI products. Co-ordination with internal/external stakeholders Knowledge of components selections/design, BOM preparation, thermal calculations, and spice simulations. Experience in board bring-up, testing and troubleshooting the electronic circuits. Ability to perform Test & Measurement activities using Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Multimeter, Logic Analyzer etc. Experience in hardware development for automotive applications which includes requirement analysis, circuit design, worst-case analysis and simulation. Basic understanding FMEA and FMEDA on ECUs or other electronic circuitry. Ability to perform Failure analysis using method like, PSS, CAR, 8D etc… Co-ordination with Module developer, Schematic Developer and Layouter.               Preparing documents like HDD, test plan, test report etc. Hands-on experience with engineering tools like eADM (desired) Knowledge of Requirements Management tool like DOORS will be an added advantage. Collaborate with other engineering teams – Mechanics, PCB Layout, Sample Shop, testing, Series Launch Powertrain Solutions ECU design and development background preferred.Additional skill set: Ability to work in a multidisciplinary design team. Good team player and should have strong analytical, and logical skills. Good communication skills. BE/B-Tech/ME/MTech (Electrical, Electronics, and Instrumentation related branches) 4 to 10 years
