Role overview
Tenthpin is seeking talented, client-facing SAP Security Consultants to join their rapidly growing consulting team. The successful applicants will bring robust transformation experience and a passion for delivering innovative SAP solutions in the Life Sciences industry. As strategic advisors, they will collaborate directly with leading global clients (ranked among the top 20 Life Sciences companies) to align technology with business objectives, covering the full implementation lifecycle from analysis and design through build, testing, and deployment in SAP S/4HANA environments. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients, providing valuable assistance in the implementation of cutting-edge SAP systems
- Execute the build, testing, and deployment phases, emphasizing SAP Security best practices and innovative customer processes within SAP S/4 HANA environment
- Thrive in a diverse environment, seamlessly working within multi-language, multicultural, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Manage large-scale, end-to-end projects for leading global life sciences clients ranked among the top 20
- Actively contribute to Tenthpin Community, being part of a passionate, like-minded group of consultants, consistently striving to be at the forefront of the industry
- Strategically align technology with business objectives as the client's trusted advisor
- Oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of technology best practices for effective business solutions

- Remove traditional red tape of Consulting, giving more time to prioritize workload, deliver to top-tier clients, and progress career in a positive and empowering environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in large-scale SAP implementation projects, including participation in at least two complete project lifecycles as an SAP Security Consultant
- Expertise in S/4HANA
- User Management
- S/4 HANA Roles and Authorizations
- Authorization Objects
- Authorization Profiles
- Managing and enhancing SAP Fiori Catalogues
- Configuration and testing of SAP Roles with IT/Business
- Understands the concept of Segregation of duties (SOD) & provide advisory support to guide clients internal Audit department to implement SOD
- Supporting of Testing Phases, defect solving etc
- Experience in collaboration with Organizational change management (OCM) team to understand training requirements and initial user to role mapping requirements
- Experience in Go-live support, ticket handling etc
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively leading and/or interacting with others as individual contributors
- A proven track record in a 'Big 4', Major 'SI', or specialist SAP Consulting Firm would be preferred
Nice to have
- ServiceNow knowledge
- SAP IAG and Cloud Security
- SAP BTP Security familiarity
- SAP Cyber Security aspects e.g. SAP vulnerability management, threat management
- Experience in Life Sciences, or process manufacturing industries, particularly in sectors such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, medical manufacturing and chemicals
