Role overview

The role involves leading collections targets and controlling the collection flow for a specified area, acting as a liaison between creditors and consumers. The team focuses on identifying overdue payments, reporting collection activity, addressing client queries, and developing repayment plans.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Collection targets of the area assigned, control flow cases and focus on non starters.
- Ensure documented feedback.
- Ensure Adequate feet on Street availability/bucket wise /segment wise.
- Manage productivity for fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers Agencies/In-house team.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and conduct weekly review with Collection executives.
- Ensure background check of all collection agencies hired.
- Identify and manage training needs of the Collection Executives.
- Evaluate performance of all Collection Executives.
- Support Collection officers in legal/Police issues/Collection Activities.
Requirements
- More than 4+ years of relevant experience in Collections role.
- Graduation/Post Graduation.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Negotiation skills - strong bias for driving results in a High performance environment.
- Strong Relationship and Leadership skills.
- Working Knowledge of Computers.
