Backend Engineer

Experience - 3–6 years Location - India About the Role You will build backend services and APIs that power product features, including integrations with LLM services. Python is the primary language for this role. You will work on data models, business logic, and the infrastructure connecting AI capabilities to the product. Core Skills Python FastAPI / Express PostgreSQL REST APIs Docker Git LLM API Basics Async Processing Responsibilities Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs for product features in Python. Integrate LLM APIs into backend services with appropriate error handling. Write database schemas, queries, and migrations. Implement background jobs and async processing for AI tasks. Write unit and integration tests for backend code. Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions. Requirements B.Tech in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in Python (required); Node.js or Go is a plus. Understanding of PostgreSQL or equivalent databases and REST API design. Basic familiarity with cloud services and containerisation.
