Key highlights
- First APAC enablement hire for a $11B AI company
- 8–12 years GTM + 4–6 years enablement required
- Annual learning & social travel stipends
- API/technical product experience strongly preferred
Role overview
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming human-technology interaction, with platforms like ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. This role is the first APAC-focused enablement hire, responsible for building and delivering full-stack sales enablement programs tailored to regional markets (India, ANZ, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, China). The position involves designing curricula, localizing content, and collaborating globally to scale enablement across direct and partner channels.
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack enablement for APAC: scope regional needs, design program architecture, build e-learning, deliver live training, and measure impact against ramp time, discovery quality, and win rates
- Run biweekly onboarding: deliver 5 to 6 live sessions per cohort, every two weeks, for new sellers across India, ANZ, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and China
- Continuously improve the onboarding curriculum based on cohort feedback and ramp data
- Localize global content for APAC markets: adapt sales decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive materials for each market
- Partner with local AEs and leaders to ensure messaging lands with regional buying committees, procurement norms, and cultural expectations
- Orchestrate translation and localization vendors where needed
- Serve as the technical translator: explain how voice models and the Agents platform work credibly to sellers and in customer-facing content
- Collaborate with the Partner Enablement Lead to roll out partner certification and enablement programs across APAC
- Localize partner-facing curricula, support regional partner onboarding, and ensure channel sellers have the same product fluency as direct teams
- Operate as part of a global team: collaborate with enablement counterparts in the Americas and EMEA, contribute to global programs, and join the weekly team sync at 4pm CEST at least once per week
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years in GTM roles, with 4 to 6 years in sales enablement (or a technical selling role such as solutions engineering with a transition into enablement)
- Experience as an early or first enablement hire for APAC at a US or European software company scaling into the region
- Track record building enablement programs from zero: onboarding, ongoing skill development, e-learning, and measurement frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to localize HQ-produced content for multiple APAC markets, working through local sellers and vendors rather than translating everything personally
- Strong live facilitation skills and the stamina for a recurring, high-frequency delivery cadence
- Technical aptitude: comfortable explaining APIs, model behavior, latency, and integration concepts to a sales audience
- Business fluency in English required
- Based in APAC with reliable ability to join a 2pm or 3pm BST team call weekly
Nice to have
- Experience at API-first or technical product companies strongly preferred (Twilio, Datadog, MongoDB, Snowflake, Stripe, Confluent, Zoom, or similar)
- Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean language skills a strong plus
- Have run distributed onboarding across 5+ timezones and know how to balance live and async delivery
- Have sold or enabled sellers on a developer-facing or usage-based product
- Have built measurement systems that tie enablement to pipeline and win-rate outcomes, not just completion rates
- Have enabled or onboarded channel partners, not just direct sellers
- Direct operating experience in two or more of: India, ANZ, Japan, Korea, North Asia, Southeast Asia
Benefits
- Innovative culture: part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing boundaries
- Growth paths: dynamic team with opportunities to drive impact beyond immediate role and responsibilities
- Learning & development: annual discretionary stipend for professional development
- Social travel: annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues
- Annual company offsite: entire team brought together in a new location (past offsites: Croatia, Italy)
