- Solid understanding of modern deployment practices, including Docker, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in testing strategies, including TDD, across the full system lifecycle, focusing on performance optimisation.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and continuously seeking self‑development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical ideas in business‑friendly language.
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
