Role overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Product Interns to join our Product & Integrations team and support the execution of key SuperApp and digital experience initiatives. The role will provide hands-on exposure to product planning, documentation, user journey analysis, competitor research, and coordination with design and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and flowcharts
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Support in sprint planning and QA coordination
- Help document platform behavior and test cases
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track execution
- Assist in maintaining dashboards, trackers, and reporting
Nice to have
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Understanding of digital/mobile product lifecycle
- Basic familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, or Figma is a plus
- Curiosity to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
