Role overview
EasySoftHire helps companies hire strong specialists for tech and non-tech roles, working with difficult positions and finding candidates in different countries to support companies at various stages of growth. We are looking for a person to manage social media content and support brand growth through LinkedIn and Threads. This role is for someone who can work independently, create ideas, and take responsibility for results.
Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn and Threads accounts
- Write posts and create content for social media
- Generate visuals using AI tools
- Help a junior copywriter with daily tasks and content quality
- Work with analytics dashboards and track content performance
- Follow and improve content guidelines, tone of voice, and content matrix
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, SMM, or similar roles
- Strong experience with LinkedIn (must have)
- High level experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, AI design tools, etc.)
- Experience working with content systems, guidelines, and brand voice
- Strong love for marketing and content
- High ambition to grow in the profession
Nice to have
- Threads experience is a big plus
- Experience in analytics and dashboards is a plus
- Agency experience is a plus
