Role overview
Our technical lead is way more than a skilled programmer. They’re someone who is deeply invested in the company’s success and willing to muck through the startup trenches with us, owning founder-level responsibility to build a product, career, and legacy.
Responsibilities
- Building out our tech stack
- Getting their hands dirty by writing good quality code
- Build the system architecture diagram, draw transaction flows, and plan for different scenarios, as well as analyse the risk factors
- Execute on the product development roadmap and timelines
- Willing to roll-up your sleeves and help in all areas of business development
Requirements
- At least one demonstrable previous work experience in a complex technical leadership role eg. As a payment solution architect you owned technical research & analysis, development, integration and platform engineering
- You must be extremely humble with your co-workers, hungry to get things done and happy to come in to work with a positive attitude

- Experience building a product from concept to launch, to scaling for growth
