Engineering Manager- Embedded Software

What you'll do: Leadership and people (manager of managers) - Lead an organization of 45 to 50 embedded software engineers through 3 to 5 engineering managers and technical leaders. - Own hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, career development, succession planning and retention for your leaders and their teams. - Build a strong leadership bench, reduce single-point dependencies and develop the next line of managers.
