JOB DESCRIPTION:- Report to the Competency Head within the customer services CoC organization, ALTEN Offshore Delivery Center. Manage a large team of engineers, supporting various project organizations as your internal customer. Execute the competency process and collaborate with program managers to meet objectives related to capacity and skills. Provide hiring pipeline for the accounts assigned and streamline operations to meet the staffing needs.
