NewPage is looking for a seasoned Front End Architect – Angular to work on a breakthrough project in their digital health space.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Front End applications using Angular 6+, Ajax, and RESTful web services, ensuring compliance with application development standards.
- Analyse requirements and create technical design documents.
- Present designs to team members.
- Develop complex areas of the application.
- Implement new technologies to maximize application performance and optimize load time.
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and architects to ensure that configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
- Contribute to ensuring high quality of code by performing unit testing and following best practices.
- Cooperate with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in Front End development.
- At least 3 years in Frontend Architecture.
- Expertise in design and development of Front End applications using Angular 6+, Ajax, and RESTful web services, ensuring compliance with application development standards.
- Well versed with Angular CLI, Angular Elements, Angular Material, and Component Dev Kit (CDK).
- Experience in building products and platforms is required.
- Experience in designing and building advanced hybrid mobile applications for Android/iOS and publishing applications.
- Expert knowledge of both legacy as well as SPA web architectures.
- Experience building/working Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent technical knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery Mobile, Bootstrap, and UI & Markup Languages including AngularJS, Angular 2, Angular 4, Angular 5, Angular 6, Angular 7, Angular 8.
- Experience in leading and guiding a team of 3 to 8 members.
- Conversational to Fluent English communication is a must.
- Must be located in or overlap with the EST time zone, if required.

- Exposure in implementing contemporary unit test frameworks (JTest, Jasmine, etc.).
