Interactive Designer

RRD is looking for a Interactive Designer who can deliver high-quality UI/UX design work and take ownership of end-to-end design execution. This is a hands-on design role with leadership responsibility — when the lead is unavailable, you’ll act as the lead: review work, assign tasks, make design decisions, and manage escalations. You’ll review design requests, estimate efforts, set and own TATs (turnaround times), run client calls, etc.
