Role overview
As a Rust Engineer, you'll be a key player in the expansion of our decentralized systems. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineers, product managers, designers, and security experts—to build and scale core services and node infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop Rust-based core components to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
- Implement cryptographic protocols (e.g., threshold approvals, digital signature aggregation)
- Design consensus logic, smart contract integrations, and policy management frameworks
- Build APIs connecting on-chain and off-chain operations for seamless interoperability
- Work closely with product, blockchain, and security teams to deliver robust solutions
- Write high-quality, production-grade code with comprehensive test coverage
Requirements
- 3+ years in Rust systems programming with production-level experience
- Strong grasp of decentralized systems, blockchain concepts, and cryptographic methods
- Proficiency in async programming and low-level systems optimization
- Experience designing secure and scalable systems
Nice to have
- Worked on Web3 or blockchain-based products
- Familiarity with identity systems: OAuth, OpenID, DID, Verifiable Credentials
- Knowledge of secure enclave programming and cryptography
- Experience with smart contracts, secure multiparty computation, or DeFi
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
