Customer Success (Technical) Internship

Wobot AI is looking for a Customer Success Intern to support and manage customer accounts. The role involves monitoring customer journeys, identifying issues, and working with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution. A basic understanding of CCTV systems and strong communication skills will be an advantage. What You’ll Do Monitor accounts and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts. Identify areas of opportunity, highlight best practices, and document them.
