Housekeeping Executive

A. Residential Common Area Housekeeping Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of entrance lobbies, lift lobbies, corridors, staircases, passageways, common washrooms and other designated common areas. Monitor housekeeping standards across residential towers, podiums, parking areas and other common facilities as per the assigned scope. Conduct routine inspections to ensure floors, glass surfaces, furniture, fixtures and other touchpoints are maintained to the prescribed standards.
