The role involves handling employee queries via the helpdesk ticket system, ensuring timely ticket closures within specified turnaround times. Responsibilities
- Handling Employee Query coming on the helpdesk ticket system
- Ensuring the ticket closures within specific TAT
- Internal team coordination and data management
Requirements
- Must be pursuing Graduation or Post Graduation
- Should be available for 6 months of Internship
- Verbal and written communication in English
- Knowledge of MS Office/Advanced MS Excel
Nice to have
- Good communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Should be very prompt over email/calls
- Email etiquettes
