Responsibilities
- Translate the company's strategic objectives into clear and actionable goals for the team
- Monitor trends and opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring the team operates in alignment with business needs
- Lead complex projects, tracking success metrics and removing impediments for the team
- Review and optimize workflows to increase team productivity
- Ensure continuous alignment with Product Managers (PMs), Designers, and other interfacing areas
- Plan and manage team resource allocation, balancing workload and individual competencies
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical leadership of software engineering teams
- Experience with agile methodologies and best practices in software development
- Knowledge in scalability strategies and long-term impact
