As a Data Engineer B.I., you will join the AI & Data Platforms service line, which supports organizations in leveraging data and fulfilling AI ambitions through expertise in SAS, Snowflake, Microsoft, and Databricks.
Responsibilities
- Join the internal Data community at CBTW to share knowledge and best practices based on skills and availability
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Viya
- Work on data preparation, transformation, and integration to ensure high data quality and consistency
- Develop and optimize SAS programs and queries for performance and scalability
- Contribute to the migration or implementation of SAS Viya platforms
- Design and maintain data models and reporting layers for BI use cases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within SAS environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and improve system performance
- Stay up to date with SAS ecosystem evolutions and BI best practices
