What You'll Do Apply Data Science to People Challenges Independently design and run analyses — statistical modeling, predictive analytics, hypothesis testing — to answer complex employee and organizational performance and lifecycle questions, working within the standards and roadmap the Senior Manager sets. Use Python or R to go beyond dashboarding where the question calls for it: building models, testing hypotheses, and generating insights that static reporting can't.
