Red Hat OpenShift Administrator is a part-time role based in India (remote) within Quantum Strides LLC, a leader in Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS) serving Real Estate, Asset management, Capital Projects, Space & Move management, Operations & Maintenance, and Sustainability Solutions. Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters according to best practices and industry standards
- Install and configure cluster nodes, master nodes, and worker nodes, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
- Monitor the health, performance, and capacity utilization of OpenShift clusters using built-in tools and third-party monitoring solutions like Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog
- Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies for OpenShift clusters to ensure continuous application availability
- Manage cluster resources, including CPU, memory, storage, and network bandwidth, to optimize resource utilization and performance
- Integrate OpenShift with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, monitoring tools, and logging solutions
- Automate infrastructure using Ansible, shell, CloudFormation, Terraform, and other tools
