Branch Operations Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch. Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Training, CRM, Placement, HR, Digital Marketing, Admin, and other teams. Ensure proper utilization of classrooms, labs, trainers, and other branch resources. Monitor branch discipline, cleanliness, infrastructure, and overall working environment. Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution. Ensure all branch processes and company policies are followed.
