Job Description Summary Job Description Serve as the primary administrator for our marketing automation platform and customer contact database, with +200k contacts touched annually Collaborate on strategy to support multiple business segments within one Marketo instance, establishing best practices for workspace organization and management Execute routine database maintenance to ensure data accuracy, including cleansing, removing and refreshing contacts to maintain overall system health. Build targeted segments and lists to support marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives. Align marketing automation technologies to maintain a strong governance in the current environment and/or future environments across GE Vernova. Monitor data flow between Marketo and the global CRM instance, helping to troubleshoot lead routing and scoring issues across span multiple sales territories. Supportadherence to global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) by implementing consent management workflows and subscription preferences. Leverage AI and Lean methodologies to continually simplify and refine marketing automation processes to be more efficient and effective. Partner with global IT, Sales Operations, and regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead handoff processes, SLA tracking, and overall funnel transparency. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience.) 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role focused on database management. Solid understanding of marketing automation programs andworking knowledge of the Marketo CRM system, including an understanding on how data flows between marketing and sales platforms. Foundational knowledge of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.) and experience managing consent/subscription preferences. Must be highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively and adapt to changing project needs English language fluency and ability to work primarily in US EST time zone to facilitate collaboration with our global teams Additional Information GE Vernova offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
