Description The PA HUE Leader at HTCS is a senior design executive responsible for two interconnected capabilities: (1) leading the HUE Design Studio for the Process Automation (PA) business, driving the UX vision, strategy, and delivery aligned with the PA SBG and GBE leadership; and (2) overseeing the Technical Writer team, ensuring that product knowledge is translated into accurate, user-centered documentation that enhances the overall customer experience.
