Tools Operations Manager

Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead the operational lifecycle of centrally hosted security tools, including evaluation, onboarding, deployment, sustainment, upgrades, integrations, and retirement. Serve as the business owner for enterprise-delivered security platforms, establishing service expectations, support models, operating procedures, and performance metrics.
