Design, implement, and maintain MIM synchronization services, portals, workflows, and connectors. Develop and maintain inbound and outbound synchronization rules. Configure and troubleshoot Management Agents (MAs) for various connected systems. Perform MIM upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
