Role overview
As Talent Acquisition Trainee, you’ll work closely with the TA team and will help in handling the hiring process for our multiple vacancies. You’ll work on numbers, and get an idea of what a metrics-driven team looks like. You'll also support the team in preparing reports and dashboards. Our Human Resources team operates as a strategic partner to the business, focused on cultivating a high-performance culture where exceptional talent thrives. Our work is fundamentally guided by the DICE (Democratize Internet Commerce for Everyone) mission, which underpins our approach to all people strategies.
