Role overview
NTT DATA is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Integration Specialist) for a full-time, Remote, Delhi, India-based role. The position focuses on leading and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules, requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a drive to support digital transformation via the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices and maintain platform integrity
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, demos, and proposal development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments
- ServiceNow certification aligned to role level: Junior level requires CSA + at least 1 CIS (any) + CAD; Intermediate level requires CSA + at least 2 CIS (any) + CAD; Senior level requires CAS + at least 3 CIS (any) + CAD
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
