Role overview

We're looking for a Senior Web Analyst to own and evolve our digital measurement ecosystem. You'll help us understand how millions of users interact with our digital products and turn that understanding into better product and business decisions. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing and Engineering, ensuring that our tracking is accurate, scalable and future‑proof. From defining measurement strategies to implementing tracking solutions and uncovering actionable insights, you'll play a key role in improving our digital products and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own Digital Measurement: Own and continuously improve our digital measurement landscape across multiple digital products. Design, implement and optimise client-side and server-side tracking solutions. Ensure accurate, scalable and privacy‑compliant data collection.
  • Drive Measurement Strategy: Translate business questions into measurement concepts and technical tracking requirements. Define KPIs and success metrics together with Product, Marketing and business stakeholders. Develop tracking specifications for new products, features and customer journeys.
  • Generate Insights: Analyse user behaviour, customer journeys and conversion funnels. Build dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data‑informed decision making. Identify optimisation opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experiment and Optimise: Design, implement and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation initiatives. Measure the impact of new features, campaigns and product improvements. Continuously improve tracking quality, measurement standards and analytics processes.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketing teams. Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable way to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Help establish analytics best practices across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Web Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics or Product Analytics.
  • Hands‑on experience with modern tracking implementations and digital measurement architectures.
  • Practical experience with tag management systems such as Adobe Experience Platform Tags or Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 or comparable enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript and experience with SQL and/or Python.
  • Experience with client‑side and server‑side tracking.
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • A solid understanding of data quality, tracking validation and analytics governance.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Benefits

  • Autonomy and Impact: real ownership, freedom to make decisions and see direct impact.
  • Development and Growth: plenty of opportunities to build your career.
  • We Win as a Team: collaborative, high‑standards environment with honest feedback.
  • Learn from Proven Entrepreneurs: work closely with experienced founders and business leaders.
  • Transparency and Involvement: regular General Assemblies, site visits, workshops and cross‑function initiatives.
  • The Extras That Matter: 30 days of paid vacation, attractive employee discounts on our products and partner brands, modern office spaces designed for collaboration, and regular company events celebrating successes.
