Vice President - Design Chapter Lead

Job Purpose: Design Chapter Lead is one of the most critical role in VIL’s journey of becoming a technology company and ambition to be a digital telco. Design chapter lead will lead UX/UI and Visual designers with-in the digital tribe and will be responsible for design thinking in everything we do. As a chapter lead, the individual will help build the design process, and push the envelope of where design and business meet to deliver compelling design solutions for VIL customers.
