Role overview
As an Interactive Developer Associate, you will manage multiple client projects, oversee production budgets, and collaborate with account teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. You will master Maritz software and systems to produce graphically sound, user-friendly websites, assist in Flash and HTML content creation, support creative design, project schedules, and budget management, and contribute to innovative e-media communications. The role involves partnering with account teams to understand client objectives, developing website concepts, refining designs for approval, assisting in budget development for e-media graphics, and providing ongoing support to ensure creative consistency, timely execution, and strategic alignment while working closely with technology, operations, and sales teams.
Responsibilities

- Report to the Manager or Director of the Creative team

- Master Maritz software and systems to create compelling digital experiences
- Produce graphically sound, user-friendly websites that engage audiences
- Assist in the production of Flash and HTML content
- Support creative design, project schedules, and budget management
- Contribute to the development of innovative e-media communications
- Partner with account teams to understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions
- Develop website concepts and refine designs to gain approval from project teams and clients
- Assist in budget development, specifically for e-media graphics
- Provide ongoing support to ensure creative consistency, timely execution, and strategic alignment
Requirements
- Bachelors of Arts in related Graphics, Web, E-media, or Production field.
- 1-3 years of experience relevant business experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in print or related 3D modeling field, animation field.
