Role overview
Responsibilities
- Optimize performance of existing portfolio of ICOSTA assets with a target return of 50% IRR in the blockchain technology sector.
- Fundraise additional capital for new investments and direct investments in blockchain projects.
- Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities.
- Make recommendations to the investment committee for co-investments, primary token sale allocations, and secondary market purchases.
- Act as a liaison between portfolio companies and traditional financial markets, connecting startups with bankers, financial advisors, and public market investors.
- Establish a public listing roadmap for portfolio companies and engage with exchanges to facilitate listings.
- Provide active portfolio support and leverage network resources to enhance company valuations and market presence.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in a hands-on investment role at a senior level within the crypto/blockchain sector or a related field.
- Proven track record achieving exceptional returns on investments in blockchain and Web3.
- Existing relationships with crypto funds, VCs, family offices, and key exchange contacts.
- Strong due diligence skills with the ability to evaluate tokenomics, financial models, and project viability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing a portfolio with a target IRR.
- Experience with crypto fund operations.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with portfolio management in traditional markets.
- Experience with financial advisory and corporate development in the blockchain space.

- The role is based in Singapore and is a permanent position with a flexible working schedule and possibility of remote work.
