Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and hiring talent. The role provides practical exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help maintain an efficient hiring process. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and publishing job postings on different platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and applicants. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system. Support participation in job fairs and recruitment drives. Assist with onboarding activities for new employees. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Qualifications B.Tech, B.Sc, or BCA graduates from the 2024 batch. MBA is preferred. Interest in talent acquisition and HR functions. Good verbal and written communication abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage confidential information responsibly. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
