Responsibilities Build, scale, develop, and manage teams that are collaborative, inclusive, and respectful of each other. Scope and lead large technical projects with enormous impact. Manage the processes necessary to operate the engineering teams effectively. Drive and contribute to company-wide engineering initiatives. Plan and prioritize short-term and long-term engineering goals and guide teams through planning, prioritization, and execution of work.
